i have a ruger ''standard'' model .22 that is probably 50 yrs old. anyone know where i could buy another clip or tell me if clips for any other ruger will fit? i have looked at clips for the marks and they don't look like a fit. bob noffs

Not certain, but I believe Ruger still offers them on their website.
One thing to check first - remove the grip panels and check the grip frame. If you see "A-100" stamped on it, you have the later style grip frame, and the Mark II mags will fit if you reverse the follower button. If you have an "A-59" grip frame, you need the original (chrome bottom) magazines.
